Spring Escapade Tour sign-ups will be accepted with a deposit of $200 per person. We request everyone fill out the application form and also request you submit a copy of your passport the time of sign up. Sign-ups are accepted by email or in person at our office. Full payment is required 40 days prior to tour departure. Please carefully read the tour conditions prior to your tour sign-up. You are reminded that each tour program has a different cancellation policy and minimum number of persons for participation to guarantee the price stated. For any tours that do not meet the minimum tour participation, the tour price will be adjusted according to the number of person participating. The advertised tour price will adjusted monthly based on the exchange rate. Price will only be guaranteed if paid in full.

You must travel on your tour on the same passport as you submit to us for visa/tour processing. All passengers are required to travel with a tourist passport to a foreign country while you are leisure travel. (Passport needs to be valid at least 6months after arrival) Visas are also required for the following tours: *Australia * India * China * Vietnam / Cambodia/ Laos. No official passports may be used for travel on any tours. A minimum of 3 visa pages remaining in your passport is required. Please obtain information of additional pages through US Embassy website. Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable according to each tour information sheet. Cancellation charges will vary for each tour.
